I wonder this too. If it was my child and I could heal/help them, I would.
Heck, i’d do it for a stranger. Even the meanest person on this earth, if
it came down to it and II was face to face with them, i’d take away their
pain. Sometimes it is like God has no compassion. I believe but I just
    don’t understand.

If you be come born again you wont need to be terrified of death as you
will be alive with the Lord

I understand they think of God as their anchor…you cant blame them. If
you dont hold into that and try to use logic then the fact you’re near
death is almost unbearable. Its easier to think there is something nice on
the other side and not that you will dissapear into nothing.

So why should we turn our back on death and pretend it wont happen. ?It is
not something ugly that should be locked away in a cupboard. We in the west
need to face up to it more . Is it not as important to show these types of
film as it is to show films of people who are not sick and dying. I am
amazed at this guys faith. I believe but unfortunately not with the
conviction this guy had . My belief is one god many pathways.

I think there is a message in the film and i am personally glad people post
films like this. We should not be afraid to face death as hopefully it
    teaches us how to live.

Wow that’s my bday too. RIP.. I’m so terrified of death I can’t wrap my
    mind around it

I have had a lot of family experience with various cancers and illnesses,
everywhere from my mothers mental illness and my father being an alcoholic,
to my great grandmothers colon cancer. It is tuff to deal with and accept
but as a human, you must realize we are bio organisms and we are prone to
health issues. I am not saying you have to turn to god or science, but you
have to know that it is not your fault and if you are the one who is being
diagnosed, live life like everyday is your last. TY

Take 5 grams of ginger each day, stay off the crappy sugars and let the
chemo cancer genocide begin. Btw the cancer won’t grow while you’re
fasting. My mother’s friend’s tumors stopped growing when she fasted and
only drank water and ginger tea. It really does work. All the best.

If there truly is a God..where has he been? In my life as a whole, since
early childhood I’ve been mentally and physically abused. Enduring pain as
anyone should not. As I’m much older, I’m in constant physical pain. I’ve
often questioned God, why should I go thru so much pain, why should people
suffer the consequences of agonizing pain from terminal cancer or any other
life threatning disease. Why would God allow us to suffer in such a manner
if he does truly love us, his children?

Yeah donate money to research that seems to be going nowhere. If a person
wants to pray for their loved one then they will pray however I find it
disgraceful that you are here telling others what not to do because of your
disbelief. If you don’t believe that’s on you, but that doesn’t give you
authority to tell others what not to do and vice versa if you did believe.
Maybe some need to see something like this so they can handle it with their
    own loved one.

  12. Rachael Burdick says:

It’s amazing to see his love for God even while going through something
like this. I don’t know if I’d be able to do that. It’s good to know that
    he is with his Savior.

  13. zimonslot says:

Kind of disgraceful to film this man as he is dying, to prove god’s
existence. Dont pray. Donate money to cancer research if you want to do
something useful for your fellow human being.

My boss battled with colorectal cancer for a year and passed away this past
spring. He was 47 years old. Was healthy and weighed 220lbs before the
cancer, and when he died, he was about 150lbs. I visited him in the
hospital and just seeing him as a shell of his former self was painful to
look at. Cancer sucks. Sadly, a lot of people reading this post will die
from Cancer. We need to beat this disease.

John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and
believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come
into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Romans 7:10 And the
commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.

My grandfather died from bone cancer 4 years ago :'( It’s been really hard
for me to watch this because my grandfather was very important to me and I
wish my grandfather could have talked to me before he went to heaven but he
    couldn’t.
